Your device, your saved ideas端末内に保存する情報

Roundout is operated by Kodai Hiradate. This policy covers the iOS app and roundout.app. You don’t need an account. Meal descriptions, saved ideas, food preferences, household food notes, exclusions, allergy notes, unfinished consultations, and optional feedback are stored on your device to provide the app’s features.RoundoutはKodai Hiradateが運営しています。本ポリシーはiOSアプリとroundout.appに適用されます。アカウント登録は必要ありません。食事の説明、保存した案、食の好み、家族の食事に関するメモ、除外食材、アレルギーのメモ、途中の相談、任意の感想を端末内に保存し、アプリの機能に使います。

Selected meal or recipe photos are held temporarily in app memory. They are not added to a Roundout photo library or persisted as original uploads on our server. Local information may still be included in device backups managed through your own device settings.選択した料理やレシピの写真は、アプリのメモリ上で一時的に扱います。Roundout内に写真ライブラリを作ったり、送信した元の写真をサーバーに永続保存したりしません。端末内の情報は、端末のバックアップ設定に応じてバックアップに含まれる場合があります。

Meal and recipe AI料理・レシピのAI処理

With your consent, Roundout sends your selected photo or meal description, relevant preferences and restrictions, and selected past feedback through its server to OpenAI to interpret the meal and suggest a small dish. These requests can include household food context you chose to share. Share only information needed for the suggestion.同意のうえ、選択した写真や食事の説明、関連する好み・制約、選ばれた過去の感想をRoundoutのサーバー経由でOpenAIへ送り、料理の読み取りと小料理の提案に使います。ご自身で伝えた家族の食事に関する情報を含む場合があります。提案に必要な範囲の情報だけを入力してください。

You can decline AI processing or stop future sharing in Settings. Existing saved ideas remain available. Meal and recipe requests use the OpenAI Responses API with response storage disabled. Roundout does not enable sharing API data for model training. OpenAI’s own security, abuse-monitoring and retention rules still apply; this is not a zero-retention service.AI処理に同意しないことや、設定から今後の送信を停止することができます。保存済みの案は引き続き見られます。料理とレシピには応答保存を無効にしたOpenAI Responses APIを使い、APIデータのモデル学習への共有は有効にしません。ただしOpenAI自身のセキュリティ、不正利用の監視、保持条件が適用されます。データのゼロ保持を保証するサービスではありません。

Voice and text conversations音声・文字での会話

If you choose the conversational introduction, OpenAI processes the text you type or the microphone audio you choose to share, transcriptions, and AI replies. The voice you hear is AI-generated. Roundout’s server issues a short-lived connection credential; the app then connects directly to OpenAI for the conversation. Relevant confirmed preferences and earlier conversation text may be sent to continue the session.会話形式の導入を選ぶと、入力した文字、共有を選んだマイク音声、その文字起こし、AIの返答をOpenAIが処理します。返答の音声はAIが生成します。Roundoutのサーバーが短時間有効な接続情報を発行し、アプリはOpenAIへ直接接続します。会話を続けるため、確認済みの関連する好みや、それまでの会話の文字情報を送る場合があります。

Roundout does not save audio recordings on your device or its server. Conversation text and unconfirmed preferences are kept locally as a draft so you can return. You review the preferences before they are saved; the draft is removed when setup is completed. Pausing, leaving the conversation, or putting the app in the background stops microphone capture. OpenAI’s processing and retention terms also apply to this feature.Roundoutは音声録音ファイルを端末や自社サーバーに保存しません。再開できるよう、会話の文字情報と未確認の好みを端末内に下書きとして残します。保存する好みはご自身で確認でき、導入の完了時に下書きを削除します。一時停止、会話画面からの移動、アプリがバックグラウンドに移るとマイクの取り込みを止めます。この機能にもOpenAIの処理・保持条件が適用されます。

Service storage and retentionサービス側の保存と期間

To recover a consultation after an interruption, Cloudflare stores meal-reading results and generated suggestions, including personalized explanations, for up to 24 hours. They can be retrieved through the same verified app connection. The original photo and full input profile are not persisted in this recovery store.中断した相談を再開するため、Cloudflareに料理の読み取り結果と生成した提案（好みに合わせた説明を含む）を最大24時間保存します。同じ確認済みのアプリ接続から取得できます。この再開用の保存領域に、元の写真や入力プロフィール全文は保存しません。

For serving illustrations, Roundout sends the small dish’s title, ingredients, quantities, and steps to OpenAI Images. That image request does not include your original photo, full profile, or feedback history. Recipes used for images, generated images, and image access grants are cached on Cloudflare for up to 180 days to support reuse. Images are also cached locally. They are illustrations, not photographs of your own cooking.盛り付け例の生成には、小料理の名前、材料、分量、手順をOpenAI Imagesへ送ります。この要求には元の写真、プロフィール全文、感想の履歴を含めません。再利用のため、画像生成に使うレシピ、生成画像、画像の取得権限をCloudflareに最大180日キャッシュし、画像を端末にもキャッシュします。ご自身が実際に作った料理の写真ではありません。

Cloudflare and Apple App Attest help protect access. We keep app verification keys, signature counters, request identifiers, entitlement checks, and usage counts to verify requests and apply limits. Network information, including an IP-derived hash for registration limits, may be processed for security. Request identifiers expire after approximately one day; verification and access records remain as needed to maintain and protect access. Ordinary service logs do not contain meal text, full preferences, voice recordings, or conversation transcripts.CloudflareとApple App Attestを使って接続を保護します。要求の確認と利用制限のため、アプリの検証キー、署名カウンター、要求ID、利用権限の確認情報、利用回数を保持します。登録回数の制限に使うIP由来のハッシュなど、セキュリティのために通信情報を処理する場合があります。要求IDはおよそ1日で期限を迎え、接続確認と利用権限の記録は接続の維持・保護に必要な間保持します。通常のサービスログに食事の文章、好みの全文、録音、会話の文字起こしは残しません。

Purchases and subscriptions購入・サブスクリプション

Apple handles payment. RevenueCat processes purchase history and a randomly generated app user identifier to verify purchases, restore access, and provide subscription analytics. Roundout does not send RevenueCat your name, email, meals, or voice conversations, and does not receive your full payment card details.決済はAppleが処理します。RevenueCatは購入確認、利用権限の復元、購読状況の分析のため、購入履歴とランダムに生成したアプリユーザーIDを処理します。RoundoutからRevenueCatへ氏名、メール、食事、音声会話を送ることはなく、カード番号の全体を受け取ることもありません。

Your choices and deletion変更・削除・お問い合わせ

You can edit or delete preferences and saved ideas in the app, and choose which context to use for another suggestion. Removing the app removes its local data from that device; manage any device backups separately. There is no Roundout account to delete. We cannot view or recover information stored only on your device.アプリで好みや保存した案を編集・削除し、別案に使う情報も選べます。アプリを削除すると、その端末のローカルデータが削除されます。端末のバックアップは別途管理してください。削除対象となるRoundoutアカウントはありません。端末内だけにある情報を運営者が閲覧・復元することはできません。

Deleting local information does not immediately erase caches or records held by service providers. These follow the periods and provider policies described here. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, contact hiraly.dev@gmail.com. Family context家族に関する情報

Roundout is intended for adults, including parents planning household meals. Family food preferences can help shape suggestions. Please avoid entering children’s names, birth dates, school details, or other identifying information, and share only the food context you want used. Roundout does not offer medical or developmental assessments for children.Roundoutは、家族の食事を考える保護者を含む成人の利用を想定しています。家族の食の好みを提案の参考にできますが、子どもの氏名、生年月日、学校などの個人を特定する情報は入力せず、反映したい食事の事情だけを共有してください。子どもの医療・発達の評価は行いません。

Service providers and transfers外部サービスと国外での処理

OpenAI provides AI processing, Cloudflare hosts and protects the service and website, and Apple and RevenueCat provide purchase-related services. They may process information outside your country under their own data-handling terms. Roundout uses them to deliver the functions described here. We do not sell personal information or use advertising or cross-company tracking.OpenAIがAI処理を、Cloudflareがサービスとサイトの配信・保護を、AppleとRevenueCatが購入関連の機能を提供します。各社の情報取扱条件に基づき、お住まいの国以外で情報が処理される場合があります。本ポリシーに記載する機能の提供に利用し、個人情報の販売、広告、他社サービスをまたぐ追跡は行いません。

This website stores your language selection in your browser. Cloudflare processes standard network and security information to deliver and protect it. There are no advertising trackers or website accounts. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use them to respond and resolve the issue. Food history is not automatically included. Avoid sending sensitive details that are not needed.
