My suggestion is taking too long.提案がなかなか出ません。
Check your connection and use Retry if an error appears. You can close the consultation and return from the home screen. AI suggestions and serving images load separately; you can read the recipe before its image finishes. If the problem persists, send us the message shown, your app version, and your iOS version.通信状態を確認し、エラーが出た場合は再試行してください。相談を閉じてもホームから続きを開けます。提案と盛り付け画像は別々に読み込むため、画像の完成前にもレシピを確認できます。改善しない場合は、表示されたメッセージ、アプリとiOSのバージョンをお知らせください。
I want to change what Roundout remembers.覚えている好みを直したいです。
Open Settings and your food preferences. Tap an item to edit it, or swipe left to delete it. For another suggestion, you can individually leave out preferences or past feedback for that request without deleting them.設定の「普段の食べ方」から、項目をタップして編集、左へスワイプして削除できます。別案を頼むときは、保存した情報を消さず、今回使わない好みや過去の感想を個別に選べます。
How do I stop the voice conversation?音声会話を止めたいです。
Pause or leave the conversation. Microphone capture also stops when the app goes into the background. You can use text instead and review the preferences before saving them. Microphone permission can be managed in iOS Settings.一時停止するか、会話画面から戻ってください。アプリがバックグラウンドに移るとマイクの取り込みも止まります。文字でも伝えられ、保存する好みは事前に確認できます。マイクの許可はiOSの設定で変更できます。
I paid, but Plus isn’t available.購入したのにPlusが使えません。
Check that you’re using the Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in Roundout. If the purchase is still missing, email us with your app version and the error shown. Never send card details or your Apple Account password.購入時のApple Accountを使っていることを確認し、Roundoutの「購入を復元」をお試しください。解決しない場合は、アプリのバージョンと表示されたエラーをお知らせください。カード情報やApple Accountのパスワードは送らないでください。
How do I cancel or request a refund?解約・返金はどこでできますか？
Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → Roundout. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple determines eligibility.iOSの「設定」→ Apple Account →「サブスクリプション」→ Roundoutから管理できます。アプリの削除では請求は止まりません。返金はreportaproblem.apple.comからAppleへ申請し、同社が可否を判断します。
Can I delete my data?データを削除できますか？
Preferences and saved ideas can be deleted in the app. Removing the app removes its local data from the device; manage device backups separately. Server caches and provider records follow their retention periods. Contact us for questions about service-side records. Details are in the Privacy Policy.好みや保存した案はアプリで削除できます。アプリを削除すると、その端末のローカルデータも削除されます。端末バックアップは別途管理してください。サーバーのキャッシュや外部サービスの記録は、それぞれの保持期間に従います。サービス側の記録についてはお問い合わせください。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
