01Using RoundoutRoundoutの利用
These terms cover Roundout’s app-related services and website, operated by Kodai Hiradate. By using them, you agree to these terms. Roundout is intended for adults, including parents planning household meals. You are responsible for choosing what information to share and how to use a suggestion.本規約はKodai Hiradateが運営するRoundoutのアプリ関連サービスとウェブサイトに適用されます。利用することで本規約に同意するものとします。家族の食事を考える保護者を含む成人を対象とし、共有する情報と提案の利用方法はご自身で選んでください。
Roundout helps you consider a small dish alongside a meal, based on the information you provide. Features and availability can vary by app version, language, connectivity, and service conditions. A network connection is required for AI functions.Roundoutは、入力した情報をもとに食事に合わせる小料理を考えるためのサービスです。機能や利用可否はアプリのバージョン、言語、接続状態、サービスの状況により異なります。AI機能には通信接続が必要です。
02AI suggestions and their limitsAIによる提案と限界
Meal recognition, recipes, explanations, serving images, and conversational replies may be generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. Review ingredients, quantities, preparation, cooking times, food storage, and suitability before using them. Serving images are illustrations and may differ from the recipe or the result you make.料理の読み取り、レシピ、説明、盛り付け画像、会話の返答にはAIを使い、誤りや不足が含まれる場合があります。使う前に材料、分量、手順、加熱時間、保存方法、食べる人への適合性を確認してください。盛り付け画像はイメージであり、レシピや実際の完成品と異なる場合があります。
Roundout provides general food and nutrition information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a personalized clinical nutrition plan. It does not guarantee nutrient amounts, satiety, changes in weight or body composition, or that a family member will enjoy a dish. Allergy and ingredient exclusions are aids, not safety guarantees. They cannot detect every allergen, mixed ingredient, or cross-contact risk. Check labels and preparation conditions, and consult a qualified professional for medical dietary needs. 03Roundout Plus and billingRoundout Plusと料金
An initial consultation can be tried for free. Continuing with new consultations requires Roundout Plus. Price, subscription period, any eligible introductory offer, and renewal terms are shown before purchase through the App Store. Do not assume a free trial is available unless your purchase screen explicitly offers one. Reasonable usage limits apply to AI operations and may differ from the number of meals.最初の相談は無料で試せます。新しい相談を続けるにはRoundout Plusが必要です。価格、購読期間、対象となる導入特典、更新条件はApp Storeの購入画面で事前に表示します。無料体験は、ご自身の購入画面に明示されている場合に限ります。AI処理には利用上限があり、その回数は食事の件数と一致するとは限りません。
Apple charges your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. You can manage or cancel in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Deleting Roundout does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms.料金はApple Accountに請求されます。サブスクリプションは、更新前にAppleを通じて解約しない限り自動更新されます。端末の「設定」からApple Accountの「サブスクリプション」で管理・解約できます。アプリの削除では解約されません。解約後も原則として支払い済み期間の終了まで利用できますが、Appleの条件が適用されます。
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to subscribe if access is missing. Apple handles refund requests and determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law. We cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription or issue an App Store refund.購読したApple Accountで、アプリの「購入を復元」を利用すると利用権限を確認できます。返金申請はAppleが受け付け、同社の規定と適用法令に基づき判断します。運営者がAppleの購読を直接解約したり、App Storeの決済を直接返金したりすることはできません。
04Your content and privacy入力内容とプライバシー
You keep any rights you have in the text and photos you submit. You allow Roundout and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the features you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Only submit content you have the right to use, including photos of recipes. Do not submit unnecessary identifying or sensitive information about other people.入力する文章や写真について、ご自身が持つ権利はご自身に帰属します。依頼した機能を提供するために必要な範囲で、Roundoutと外部サービスがプライバシーポリシーに従って処理することを認めるものとします。レシピの写真を含め、利用する権利のある内容だけを送信してください。他の人を特定する情報や機微情報を不必要に送らないでください。
You may use generated suggestions for your own meal planning and cooking. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs, and we cannot promise uniqueness or that every output is free of third-party rights. The Roundout name, app design, website, and supplied brand assets remain protected by their respective owners’ rights.生成した提案は、ご自身の献立検討や調理に利用できます。AIの出力は他の出力と似る場合があり、独自性や、すべての出力に第三者の権利が存在しないことは保証しません。Roundoutの名称、アプリのデザイン、ウェブサイト、提供するブランド素材の権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。
05Responsible use利用上のルール
Do not misuse the service, bypass purchase or usage limits, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect the service. Where practicable, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us about it.サービスの不正利用、購入・利用上限の回避、セキュリティへの妨害、不正アクセス、違法な目的での利用を禁止します。不正防止やサービス保護に合理的に必要な場合、利用を制限することがあります。可能な範囲で理由と問い合わせ方法を案内します。
06Availability and changes提供状況と変更
We aim to keep Roundout useful and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. AI providers, network failures, maintenance, and updates may affect the service. Save ideas you want to keep; information stored only locally may be lost if the app or device data is removed.役立つ安定したサービスを目指しますが、無停止・無誤作動を保証するものではありません。AI提供者、通信障害、保守、更新の影響を受ける場合があります。残したい案は保存してください。端末内だけにある情報は、アプリや端末データの削除によって失われることがあります。
We may update features, reasonable usage limits, or these terms. Material changes will be announced through the app, this website, or another appropriate channel. Changes to paid terms follow the purchase terms, Apple’s requirements, and applicable law; they do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.機能、合理的な利用上限、本規約を更新する場合があります。重要な変更はアプリ、このサイトなど適切な方法でお知らせします。有料条件の変更は購入条件、Appleの要件、適用法令に従い、強行法規により認められる権利を失わせるものではありません。

Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license. These terms supplement it for Roundout’s services and website and do not replace Apple’s purchase conditions. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.アプリの使用許諾にはAppleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約が適用されます。本規約はRoundoutのサービスとサイトについて補足するもので、Appleの購入条件に代わるものではありません。本規約は、詐欺、故意、重過失その他法令上免責できない責任を免除せず、強行法規による消費者の権利を制限しません。
